I made icons tonight because I am 1) delusional and 2) bored. Also because I've needed one of Ruby riding her demon!unicorn. It's the most accurate depiction of my madness. %D I also made a few icons because I'm delusional about Dean's potential deal-coming-due-ness. I know nothing. I just want to campaign for him to live. Because of his pretty. Even though there's less than a week til the episode airs. ( WHATEVER. MY DELUSIONS OF CRAZY, LET ME SHOW YOU THEM. :D )Also, I'm going to take a few requests for Powerpuff-style SPN icons/pictures/headers/whatever. I reserve the right to choose which ones--if I even get any requests--that I do, but... I'm bored and suffering from art block, and little doodles like that will help me get through. Anyone can ask, and the more random/awesome it is, the more likely I am to do it. ;)

Today, my dad finally started up his iPod... The one he bought last August along with my laptop. So this has been quite a long time in the coming. Anyway, he has a lot of Kansas, and sang all high-pitched along with Boston in the car, and I'm totally stealing his CDs. And driving everywhere with him from now on. Seriously. Most amazingly hilarious and entertaining and awesome and awesome thing ever. Also, I got paid today. :D And then promptly spent half my paycheck on a wig, hair dye, and socks. Hopefully I've gotten all of that out of my system. I still have a crack theory in me from last night's episode (and oh boy, is it huge, over-arching, and CRACK), but I just don't have the focus to sit down and type it all out. But it's so awesome. Or at least it seems like it to me right now in my half-asleep, sort-of-dazed mindset. Totally awesome. Yeah. *cough* ( In other news, I was tagged to do a meme )

Yeah, who knew. I didn't go in today because I was stupid and read fanfic til about 3AM last night tired, but I'm going in tomorrow. I'm so glad I'm finally going to be able to afford my cosplay stuff; I'm getting a wig, and some fabric for a utility belt... Maybe even some hair dye, but I honestly can't decide on that front. I'm thinking about dying my hair natural red, and having some hot pink/firetruck red streaks in it. My mom is pressuring me into going towards a more natural color, but really... If I'm working in their office, no one comes in and sees us. There's not really a dresscode, and I can listen to Black Sabbath and air guitar in the printing room and SERIOUSLY Y'ALL THIS IS THE BEST JOB EVER. My mom was all "I know working sucks" and I was just like "SERIOUSLY. THIS IS THE GREATEST JOB EVER DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE NO RESTRICTIONS AND MUST ONLY DO MINISCULE AMOUNTS OF WORK WHILST PARTAKING IN TOMFOOLERY?! BEST! JOB! EVER!" I only fear the day they have nothing left for me to do, though it looks as though I'll have enough work for the whole summer. Now if I could just save some of the money to buy an apartment or something, rather than spend it on stupid crap like costumes and my hair.
I actually may take my wig when we go to Mexico. If I'm supposed to look all professional and crap at the dinners, then why not? I'll see what kind of quality it is when it gets here, I guess.
And yaaaaaaaaay Pie-day tomorrow! :D We're having peach cup-pies this time, and Maegan may swing by. That's the beauty of this thing: you entice unsuspecting friends with pie, then make them watch Supernatural. Works every time. :) Since she's coming, we may end up watching Firefly and planning our Indiana Jones costumes. I really need to get to Goodwill to look for a hat. Or a snake. Or something that will jazz up my costume; it's really boring right now. I don't have a clue what I'm doing with my hair. [/whining]
On the Supernatural front, I don't know anything about the finale. Ok, that's not true. I know when it is (but I could've guessed that), I've seen the pictures (but they give nothing away, really), and I know the title (but apparently it's changed 600 times). But that is IT. I may not even watch the promo tomorrow night but I totally will because I seriously lack willpower. Just... I guess this is my victory dance. I don't know anything, and I'm IRL friends with a spoilerholic! :D We even rewatched LDC last night (and Houses of the Holy, and BUaBS, because WE ARE INSANE, and were.... drawing parallels? Don't question our madness?), and I didn't learn anything new! :D I was ruthlessly pressured into watching ONE of the clips for the next episode, but THAT'S IT! :D I'M SO STRONG! *cough*
I'll probably be back in full force on LJ once I've gotten into some sort of schedule with this job thing. I did finish my cleaning today, though... I have a FLOOR again! *spins in circles in her CLEAN SPARKLY ROOM*

(I wrote this last night at 3AM. That's why there's a lack of coherence. ;) It wouldn't post until now though. My feelings on SPN are still the same. I think I'm gonna watch it again right now) So I just got back from Iron Man. :) We decided about midway through tonight that we wanted to go; tonight was a beautiful thing. It was a fitting way to say goodbye to someone I've lived with for about a year in the geekiest possible way. Plus, through a stroke of luck, we got our tickets for free (THANK YOU KATHERINE. SERIOUSLY. ELIZABETH. GIVE YOUR SISTER SO MANY HUGS FROM ME). It was awesome. Words cannot express how amazing I thought it was. :) Go see it now. ( Unfortunately, it made Supernatural extra pale in comparison )

Alright! 15 minute Journalism final for the epic win! :) There were only 3-4 questions I was even uncertain about, so... Here's hoping I can squeak an A out in that class. It really depends on what I get on my paper. Which he's not giving back to us. e.x; But I'm done! And thus making a substantive post for the first time in a long time. :) Arts and music lie ahead! :D ( Summer Soundtrack/Facial expressions/Icon Meme )--- So a while ago I did something like an icon meme where I had to say something about a few of my icons. So I'm doing that now. I don't have time to tag anyone, but feel free to pontificate about your favorite icons in the comments/your own journal. It is my firm belief that everyone should have a "Damn you, Kripke" icon. It is my other firm belief that everyone will have one by the end of this season. :) The man just knows how to make me love him and curse his name for the buckets and buckets of angst he pours out in his show. I picked this one because Bobby's on it, and who doesn't love Bobby? Psychopaths. That's who. I love Meg, and have a bad habit of being sarcastic and doing bad things. *cough* I love the placement of the text on this one, too. :) These are the kinds of things that make me realize I'll never be a great icon-maker. I don't think of doing simple things enough. Ah, well. In closing, Meg = <3. Dream a Little Dream of Me might just be my favorite episode of this season so far. And I love the composition and overall eeriness of the ending of that episode. What can I say? Demon!Dean just does it for me. :P Kripke, you horribly magnificent teasing bastard, if Dean is not at least part demon by the beginning of next season, I will feel severely let down, and probably cry. Whoo! One of my crappy icons from the Ghostfacers site. The only one on this list that I've actually made, and it fills my heart with ridiculous glee. Sam's beard and Dean's glasses are hilarious and epic win. --- Tonight is Supernatural! :D Hopefully I'll have deep thinky-thoughts about the episode, but finals have probably ensured that I won't. Oh, well. PIE! <333 Last time, we found these tiny pie crusts at the store, and made cup-pies like in Pushing Daisies. Because we are the biggest/most awesome nerds you ever could meet. Last time we had blackberry, and this time we're making peach. :) They're adorable. Since this is the last Pie-day, I'll probably try to take pictures. I won't, but I'll probably try. *goes back to packing up the rest of her stuff to move out*

My roommate wants to know if you guys have any idea of a website she could go to to download a book. Minus the paying for it. I told her I'd at least ask, cause I've got no clue.
In other news, thanks so much for being my cheerleaders on my spazzy posts, guys. :) I really feel like I can do this the more the night wears on. I'm on day two of excessive studying, and tomorrow at 10AM this nightmare ends and I can get some sleep. But until then, I suffer in a nightmare full of the Renaissance and Holy Roman Empire.
Btw, if anyone here could point me in the direction of information about either 1) The Battle of Bouvines or 2) Ways in which how men and women were expected to dress/act changed during the Renaissance, I'd be eternally grateful. But you totally don't have to. I'm just drawing a huge blank on #2, and lost my notes for #1 which is the MOST FRUSTRATING THING IN THE WORLD.
*goes back to attempting to study whilst knowing her f-list is riddled with pictures of Jared and someone who may or may not be Jensen but he's shirtless and that's good enough for me*

I can do this.
I CAN FREAKING DO THIS DON'T YOU PANSY OUT ON ME NOW, BRAIN.

I studied! \o/
Political Science and Statistics tomorrow, and History @ 8AM on Tuesday. Once those are all over, I'm basically done. Journalism doesn't worry me in the slightest. History is kinda terrifying, but the last one I crammed in 4 hours for, and got an A (College: giving me bad habits since 2007). This one's only a little longer, but I'm more familiar with the subject material (thank you, endless Calvinist debates in high school = words I never thought I'd say). I've got it planned out so that I go to bed early and wake up at 5AM so I'm already awake for the test. This, of course, means I'll be completely breaking my iCiNG plans, but eh.
That's not going so well, by the way. e.x; I knew if I tried to change something during finals, it'd end badly. So I'm really going to start back trying on Thursday. I'm going to add "Get on a regular sleeping schedule" to it, as well. I have been doing a few push-ups every night, though. :) I'm going to have Batman muscles. XD
Oh, man. I'm not finished; I still have to read a few more chapters of the Hunter S. Thompson book, and one more section of "Crashing the Gate", but those books are actually entertaining/engrossing to me. I really want to sit down and read through the Thompson one sometime... I don't think I'm going to sell back any of the books I got for that class. :) Too bad a major in political science doesn't do anything for you, cause that's totally where I'd be if it did. That class is the most interesting thing in the whole world to me. I r a geek. *cough*
I can't wait for Thursday. Too much awesome involved for me to not want it to be here. It's only slightly depressing that it's the last time I'll see my roommate, probably ever. We've become pretty great friends, and she's a huge nerd (and for those of you who weren't paying attention to my incoherent rambling last night, a huge Jensen-loving nerd), and I'm just really going to miss her. She's going to Italy for a whole year, then she's probably going to transfer to a different school. So that's depressing as hell.
Fortunately, my epic sadness will be countered by pie, Supernatural, and the beginning of my summer. <3
